1 . LED video wall flatness 

The surface flatness of the display screen shall be within ± 1mm to ensure that the displayed image is not distorted . Local bulges or recesses will lead to dead corners of the visual angle of the display screen . The gap between the box and the box , and between the module and the module shall be within 1mm . If the gap is too large , it will lead to obvious boundary of the display screen and visual disharmony . The flatness is mainly determined by the production process . 

2 . LED screen brightness and visual angle

The brightness of the indoor full-color screen should be more than 800cd / m2 , and the brightness of the outdoor full-color screen should be more than 5000cd / m2 to ensure the normal operation of the display screen , otherwise the displayed image will not be seen clearly because the brightness is too low . The brightness of the display screen is not the brighter the better . It should match the brightness of the LED package . Blindly increasing the current and increasing the brightness will cause the led to decrease too fast and the service life of the display screen to decline rapidly . The manufacturer can be required to provide parameter report for confirmation . The brightness of the screen is mainly determined by the quality of the LED tube core .

Visual angle refers to the maximum included angle of the whole screen content that you can see from the two measurements of the screen . The size of the viewing angle directly determines the audience of the display screen , so the larger the better . The visual angle should be more than 150 degrees . The size of the visual angle is mainly determined by the packaging mode of the die .

3 . LED display screen white balance effect

White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display screen . In terms of chromatics , pure white will be displayed only when the ratio of red , green and blue primary colors is 1 : 4.6 : 0.16 . If there is a deviation from the actual ratio , there will be a deviation from the white balance . Generally , we should pay attention to whether white is blue or yellow green . In monochrome , the smaller the brightness difference and wavelength difference between leading , the better . 

Standing on the side of the screen , there is no color difference or color deviation , and the consistency are better . The white balance is mainly determined by the brightness wavelength ratio of LED tube core and the control system of display screen . The tube core also has an impact on the color restoration .

4 . LED walls color reducibility

Color reduction refers to the color reduction of the display screen , that is , the color displayed on the display screen should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source , so as to ensure the authenticity of the image . 

5 . LED wall panel whether there are mosaics and dead spots

Mosaic refers to the small four squares that are always bright or black on the display screen , which is the phenomenon of module necrosis . The main reason are that the quality of IC or connector used in the display screen is not up to standard . Dead point refers to a single point that is always bright or dark on the display screen . The number of dead points is mainly determined by the quality of the tube core and whether the anti-static measures of the manufacturer are perfect .
